WONDERFUL SCHOOL 2022-08-25 00:53:58
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I absolutely love this school. My daughter and son are 3 and 4. They both have been at the school since they were infants. Ms. Tanya is a wonderful and loving person. All the teachers that have cared for my children have been grand and very nurturing. The administration has always been professional and goes beyond their duty to help and accommodate in any way. The school is safe and very clean.

Don’t send your kid here 2020-01-31 19:28:13
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I want to give it 0 stars. The school looks clean, they had all types of viruses and the kids stayed sick. The owner Tanya Hayden is the worst. She is evil. She’s so mean to the children she gives this none Chalant attitude. She can not keep any teachers/ staff because she treats them so bad. She gives off this nice sweet attitude in the beginning then she shows her true colors once you are locked in. It has been times when I would pick my child up and Tonya would have all the kids sitting quietly with their heads down. I would ask my child what was learned and My child would say I was quiet as a mouse. My child ended up with a busted lip and my child said Ms. Tanya did it. She claimed she didn’t know how it happened. This being said Beware do not send your child here!! It really needs to be closed down. The owner Tanya Hayden does not care about your child only wants your money.

Noan and Nolans mom 2019-12-06 19:04:26

Unfortunately I was unable to give this daycare 0 stars. I have been patient with the Director Tanya Hayden who has been extremely unprofessional. I suppose she called herself telling me off today.
So the only full timer(Sonya) at the center tells me that during the week of Thanksgiving if my kids didn't come for the two days they were open I didn't have to pay. Mind you that if the kids go one day you typically pay for half the week, which I totally get. However, Tanyah would make exceptions as she sees fit. During the week of Thanksgiving I made arrangements and my kids didn't go, so of course I didn't pay. So on 12/6/19 at 6:30am she calls her one full timer(Sonja) to tell her to tell me that I didn't pay the week of Thanksgiving. Well being that Tanyah had seen me I don't know how many times since, she could have easily had that conversation with me. I would have politely told her what Sonja told me.

According to her only full timer who pretty much runs the daycare she can't keep employees at the daycare because she doesn't know how to talk to them.

I walk in the daycare within the past two weeks and my kid(1 year old)is lifeless and she immediately says to me that he must have been sleepy because he's been like that all day. My child was running a fever and burning up. Due to staff shortages, teachers constantly quitting the teacher/child ratio is never compliant. The center doesn't have the teachers to properly care for the children. I have been searching and touring centers because as a parent the last thing you want to be worried about is your child while you are at work.

So I started a new job. I show up to the daycare and no one is there. Sonjay shows up 20-30 minutes later. Tanya's response is oh Im sorry there was an accident. I totally get it but would she get it if I was short on daycare fees. NO, my point exactly and I wouldn't expect her to. The lack of unprofessionalism is unreal.

Not to forget to mention that the one full timer complains to the parents about Tanyah and is contemplating quitting every other week.
Other issues:

Having toddlers and infants all in one class. Having the school age kids in class with the pre k kids without proper supervison. Marks on my child at the hands of another child that are unaccounted for due to the lack of supervision.

As parents we do the best that we can. I've been looking for a daycare as the issues have gotten worse. As of today, my children were been "kicked" out as I tried to express the level of unprofessionalism at her center. I guess I should have known that conversation wouldn't go well. It all worked out though. I hope this helps parents
