Horrible care. The infant had a care taker dropping babies on and off camera. They wouldn’t let her go because she was close to owners/directors. The directors seem nice and caring but are more about the money & the staff that cater to them. They seem a tad racially biased. Have zero people of color or ethnicity working there. Fired two people of different ethnicities for no reason. They tell staff not report if they’re covid positive or not. The Michelle’s (directors) are completely rude and self absorbed, some of the staff takes after them and are extremely rude. The Michelle’s have spoken about some children and parents with others, showing lack of confidentiality and professionalism. They don’t care if parents are uncomfortable with staff taking care of their children. They will quote “we’ll you’re the first parent to have this concern no one else has said anything. When someone else makes a comment then we’ll make changes” THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CHILD THEY CARE MORE FOR THE MONEY. The staff is extremely young and inexperienced.

This center is extremely disoriented and unprofessional. The ratio is almost always over the required limit. The staff is horrible to the children and could not care less about how the child feels. They constantly yell and scream over nothing. I have experienced this first hand. The employees are treated terribly by the owners. The owners, Michelle and Michelle, are the most rude and inconsiderate people. If you have an issue and confront them they will roll their eyes and give constant attitude. I would not trust them with my children ever. Terribly run daycare.
