This provider terminated my children after only two weeks, because she said that my two year old son pushed another child. She did not give me a warning, just terminated them. Along with that, I waited three weeks for her service, because I had Crystal Stairs, and she had to get contracted with them, in order to service my children. She had me sign some paper about being reimbursed for food, but complained when she had to feed them in the morning. You just don't terminate a parents childcare after once incident, and without a warning of what is going on. That's bad business. My children are half black, and she had assistants that hardly spoke any English. She needs to advertise her daycare to be Spanish only, cause I'm sure that is who she caters too. I will never recommend her or send my children to any daycare in Norwalk ever again.
