I don't want any backlash so I prefer to remain anonymous. I have no idea what this lady Jamie is talking about. Lisa is one of the most outgoing people I know and has been in business for 20 years, never receiving any complaints or complications. My child attended there from when he was just born to ten years old and considers Lisa a part of the family. Her daughter probably WAS watching the kids and you just didn't see her. I've been a witness to her watching over them dozens of times. And yes the kid was in the other room because there is a person watching in both. Pasta sauce? OH NO!!!!
My child attended this provider for 3 days. Lisa prides herself on having an "open door policy". On the third day I showed up unannounced and found the front door unlocked and quite literally open. I went inside and found several children laying on the floor, still awake (albeit "nap time") and unattended. She defended herself by saying her 15 year old daughter was with the children (untrue). I had to call her on the phone for her to come downstairs and immediately pulled my child from the program. When she retrieved my child from nap time (in another room) my child had pasta sauce all over his hands and face. Completely unacceptable for a child to be left unattended with an open front door, and to go down for a nap with food on themself. This facility is older and not very clean. Beware of this provider, I would not recommend it to anybody.
