I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My experience at Katrina’s Creative Learning Center was a horrendous experience that left my husband and I distraught thinking our child had a life-altering disorder, based on the “expertise” of the owner/director. We spent countless hours with multiple medical professionals and specialized teachers who couldn’t believe what we had been told and quickly negated this “diagnosis.” If your child has any free spirit, imagination or independence, those qualities will not be appreciated. Instead, your child will be forced to conform and/or be misunderstood causing him/her stress and the need to be “diagnosed” due to the centers inability to appropriately evaluate and guide . The staff is visibly overwhelmed, stressed by the constant turnover and overseen by an unprofessional director. To all parents looking for childcare, start your research early and get on a waiting list for a center with trained, dedicated, devoted and experienced staff and avoid using this facility.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Staff is defensive, my toddler didn't want to go, even after more than a month, when I brought it up, was treated like there was something wrong with my child.

I thought this place would be good for my child. I was wrong. At first they were nice, but then the second you bring up a concern, they become very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I've never seen such disrespect coming from an adult.

My children have been attending Katrina's Creative Learning Center since they first opened. The facility is very clean and the staff is always so friendly and very professional, they also make us feel so welcome when we arrive.

Clean but not very professional. Imo, the kids are treated more like burdens to be disciplined rather than wonders to individually nurtured. Disturbing.
