I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would say that Kids R Us provides awesome childcare so far we have not had any complaints. I know that when I take my child to childcare everyday my daughter are in great care and in a awesome learning environment. When I first saw it I didn't think it looked great from the outside but it definitely exceeds my expectations. Mrs. Kesha is awesome she is new to the facility as assistant director and we love love love her already. I would recommend kids r us academy

Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. Appropriate ratios were not maintained. Example: April 27, 2022, there was 1 teacher (7) infants. During arrival on May 10, 2022, Ms. Brice opened the door for me. I shared that this was a complaint visit. She stated that she needed to get back to the other space. I followed her to the other space. I observed 6 infants and toddlers present with 1 staff member. The facility follows highest enhanced staff/child ratios.
