This childcare center has scarred my child to the point of no possible repair. My child was smacked by a male student on 1 occassion. Her hair was snatched from the roots on a 2nd occassion. Not to mention that she has some sort of sickness every other week. And I, the parent am 'unenrolled' because I filed a complaint and voiced my frustration with the lack of supervision and empathy of the staff. Protect your child!! Ask your child questions!! This center needs a total revamp. The district manager is insensitive and will not put your childs best interest first! Her concern is protecting her job. Be careful of the façade when visiting. It is a total deception! After 4 months my child will endure years of psychological treatment and no longer be the cheerful and outgoing child that she once was. Praying for the children of Kindercare.
