Ms Rita
She' amazing to work for she's the most kindest person you ever want to know she has love for her people and for the children she building up the community to make this place better for us all ?? her...Hansani
Do not bring your child here. We are alway understaffed…the older kids are assigned as the 2nd person in a room…they change diapers and feed the children…nothing is taught but how to sit with your head on a table… and the children are always yelled at by the staff and owner…Get Out and/or Stay Out NOW!
Ms. Rita is Awesome! I was very nervous about bringing My 3 year old into a Daycare setting but Let Me tell You My Baby Destiny runs to Me and tells Me She has had a great day at Daycare!!! I really enjoy being able to drop my baby and My school age kids at one time so convenient The daycare takes them to school ??!!! Also, My baby Destiny is learning to write and Everything!!! I have known Ms Rita for Years and She is a extremely nice woman!!! Very caring and very professional. I express My concerns and She listens. My child tells Me She has had a GREAT DAY AT DAYCARE Every day!!! That alone speaks for itself!!! Best place for Your children!
Ms.Rita is very understanding & the staff is wonderful no issues with them.
First, let me start off by saying, my daughter’s teacher Ms. Anna & the director Ms. Pace are very sweet people and I don’t have an issue with them at all… When we first did the tour, everyone seemed nice and we were so excited…. However, my experience was very unpleasant. This place is horrible. The owner is very incompetent, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful when she disagrees with the parents voicing concerns regarding their own children. As you can see from the other reviews, she argues back with the parents. Who does that? I have also witnessed her raise her voice at some of the children that were in that first classroom, on the left. That was very inappropriate and if those were my children, that would’ve been addressed. I was argued with and hung up on for asking why my child was going all day without eating when I send her lunch everyday. As a concerned parent, why wouldn’t that upset me? First of all, a “snack” is not a meal, especially when my child is there for almost 10-11 hours. I was told that my child was “not the only child in the building & that she is one of 80.” What does that have to do with me or the care of my child? That comment, let alone, that kind of thinking had me very concerned. Why is she making excuses for the staff being negligent? The teachers barely pay attention to the children when they are playing outside. My child came home with a wet sock, that I could tell had been on her for hours, because her skin was extremely wrinkled & pale. Why wouldn’t they take that off? The very next day, my child came home with a terrible cold. I have witnessed the teachers sitting down one day and another day, my child was in a corner by herself, doing God knows what. She’s only 2. She puts everything in her mouth and is nonverbal. She needs to be watched closely at all times. I understand “my child isn’t the only child there” but why not hire more help if you need it? The owner is also a terrible communicator and a liar. When we first filled out the application, on a Friday, she stated to both my mother & I that she would “waive the application fee”. The very next week, my daughter started, she told the director, Ms. Pace, she didn’t say that. That was a lie. She stated she “records everything in the building” and would check because she “didn’t remember saying that”…. She never mentioned it again, so my guess is that she ran it back and realized she did in fact say it… then everyday it was something new that we weren’t told before. First we were told, the uniform pants could be navy blue or khaki…. Then we were told “oh no, it’s khaki only” … then a WEEK later, we were told the children’s book bags had to be clear…. I expressed the VERY FIRST DAY that my child was a picky eater and I would be glad to send her lunch everyday. I also told Rita AND Ms. Pace to give me a call if my child was not eating… they did not. I also heard after 2 weeks that my child is supposed to go home with a sheet of paper that lists everything she eats everyday… never received one. Rita claimed she was told they “put one in her bag everyday” but that is a LIE. Not only do I check her bag, every single day, I take EVERYTHING OUT of the bag and repack it every day. It is very unorganized and a lot of miscommunication. After she argued with me, I IMMEDIATELY went to pick up my child at 9:17 am. I dropped her off around 8:00 am, which means my child was only there for a little over an hour… Since my child “entered the building”, I could not be reimbursed for the day; only for Friday? Run FAR AWAY from this place.
I am so blessed to have a place to take my grandchild. She has made a new set of friends and often has different stories to tell with such a smile on face. I can go about my day knowing that my "baby" is safe and being nurtured.
Very Nice place but has no Teachers not sure how the children are getting to learn ,
parents can't walk in to get our children . they bring children to you Red FLAG
great place .
My child has learned so much at this daycare. She tells me her animals and what they say, she also is speaking better and having better converstaions with you. When your a mom and your always busy with school/work it's nice to know that your child's daycare is doing things with them that you can't always sit and do yourself and that's exactly what this daycare does.
Really good place to bring your children The Director was a good person and you can see that he really loved the kids and parents .he has help me and my children a lot in the time of need the owner is also a great lady i give this place 4 stars
All children are mixed in one room and the owner is asking us parents to lie and make good reviews I will not taking my child out very soon Do Not Use This Place . She pulls you in her office and talks about old staff members it’s called little angels but she’s not one .
I am so pleased with this daycare and my child loves it
went to pick my child up from daycare he picked him back up with a scratch on his face . I asked the owner of what happened and she stated that he scratched himself my son does not have nails which I mentioned to her so I’m not sure as to how he did that . one day went back couple of days later to pick my child up and his clothes were soaking wet from urine he wasn’t changed all day because I label my child’s diapers
