Overall staff is competent and friendly. However, the lady who manages the program is well below par. Has no tolerance, patience, or willingness to work with parents when minor behavioral issues arise. Once she makes the decision she no longer wants your child in the program am she will terrorize and embarrass you until you have no choice but to withdrawl your child. Also is not willing to take any responsibility for behaviors learned in the facility. Overall, terrible experience. Would no recommend this program to anyone that must leave your child there for more than a few hours a day or for children younger than 4.
