I am the owner

As a state licensed provider I follow all rules and regulations and hold a 100% compliance record. This can be verified through the dhhs website.

Per state regulations, children 24+ months of age are legally allowed to be outside, in the security of my 6 ft privacy fence, without me physically being with them. This allows me to better care for the infants inside, wrap up anything remaining for the day while still allowing the older children to enjoy playing outside. It is required that I have ears on them and supervise them while they play outside which I am never in violation of. I have a large sliding screen door as well as large rear facing windows that allows for clear supervision and I have never had any accidents or issues with any of the children while they play in my secure yard.

Regarding religion: my home is clearly a Christian home and I am very upfront with potential families during interviews. My contract states that there is Christian music playing in my home through out the day, that students will be invited to say prayers at meal times if they choose to and they are always welcome to ask questions regarding faith in my home. Children are very attentive and engaged in my program and pick up on many things, including the influence my faith has on my life.

My contract is written very professional for the purpose of protecting the daycare family's interests as well as my own. It states that if the client is disrespectful to me or unprofessional I, as the provider, reserve the right to terminate on the spot and collect the final two week tuition check. The contract is intended to prevent unprofessional conduct or disrespectful behavior on behalf of either party. The above situation has unfortunately happened and I would have been more than willing to care for the child for the remaining 2 weeks if the parent had upheld the term of the contract. Unfortunately I did not see it was in the best interest of the child or other children enrolled in my care to continue interacting with the parent. I have operated for over 8 years and have had the pleasure of caring for several families who would be happy to provide references regarding my standards of care. My families generally enroll as infants and continue with me until enrollment in to Kindergarten.

It makes me sad to see such an inaccurate review about my childcare. I realize and respect that everyone is entitled to their opinion. I hope that potential clients will take the time to do their own research, arrange an interview and form their own opinions. Thanks for reading!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

She leaves children outside unattended while she remains inside her house. Many many times I would pick up my child and witness that. She claims she doesn't push her religion on the children but my child would come home many times telling me all kinds of stories about 'God' and 'Jesus', even bringing home cross pictures/crafts/toys. The biggest flaw is her very large contract, if things go bad, she will terminate on the spot & she will come out with 2 weeks tuition money & NOT have to watch your child, even if you quit & leave her, she gets 2 weeks tuition payment from you. Bogus.
