I have used this provider for more than 6 months

NEVER use this women, awful, unprofessional, unsuitable! If the option was given to rate less than 1 star I would have done so, I briefly sent my children to this "provider" and I am scared for life. I don't now why she wants to care for children other than the convenience of working from home. I wouldn't allow anyone within the home to care for our fish, let alone a child. PLEASE seek other options for the safety of you're little one's
