Tender Years Learning Center #11

I was nervous about about putting my child in daycare for the first time, and the staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. They are all very professional, and polite. Linda Smith is the director, and she is wonderful with the parents and kids. She always has a smile on her face, and makes sure to greet everyone. She will always keep you informed about how your child is doing. The center has a lot of fun events every year, like the fall festival. I had the chance to bring my entire family out for a very fun night! My child has been at this center for almost three years, and I go to work with no worries. I tell all my friends about this center. If you want your children in a environment where they are safe, and the staff actually care about them. This is where I would tell anyone to bring their children.

Hello Rockdale and Newton County parents!

My child has attended Tender Years Learning Center Conyers for 4 years and 11 months (since the age of 6 months)! I refuse to send my baby to another daycare. The staff is wonderful; both caring and professional.

Previous reviews seem to come from a place of malice. The buck does not stop at the director when it comes to the business of the center (employment, enrollment, disenrollment, etc). Directors have to answer to owner/corporate.

Rude, no. Never experienced any rudeness at the center. EVER.

October 2015 will make five (5) years that my child has attended Tender Years. The previous three (3) comments on this site cover the span of two (2) directors that I know for this facility. Both directors are awesome people both personally and professionally. Any complaint I have ever had at the facility would be when they stopped accepting cash. But I suppose that would be the director's decision...

Ms. Linda, Mrs. Angela, Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Ronda, keep doing what you do best. "No weapon formed against you..." I love you ladies personally because you take care of your business (my child) professionally.

I came to this facility in tears after having issues with my previous daycare. The staff was welcoming to not only my children but also to me. My children have been healthier and safer since coming to Tender Years more than a year ago. I know any issue I have can be discussed and resolved in a calm, professional, caring manner. Security is fantastic. I know that not just anyone can walk into the daycare. I know all staff members by name and they in turn know who my children are and their names. They are truly concerned for my happiness and my children's well being while in their care. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

When this daycare became Tender Yeras it went down hill. Some of the staff is phony and 2-faced. They pretend that they care for your kids while you are around and when you leave its another story. I have witnessed Linda speaking negative about other kids to parents of other children. They hardly ever take the kids outside to play. They are very lazy. Trust me.
