I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Very kind & gentle provider with regard to the care of children. Terrible business owner. Takes many sick days, PTO days, and closes for every bank holiday; we calculated that 1/3 of the time we were paying this provider, they were not caring for our child. Prover allows their sick child to play with daycare children. Once business relationship ends, Provider gossips unnecessarily.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

On the care aspect, crafts and reading were highlights. Nap time was very late, typically 2-4. We were surprised to find out that the care giver would leave the children in the care of someone else at times without notifying the parents. Our 2 year old was bitten on several occasions. In one instance, the other toddler climbed out of his pack n play and into hers at nap time to bite her.
On the service side, it is clear that this is more of a business person, definitely not a people person.
We sent our 2 year old there and paid a deposit to secure a spot for our baby. Our concerns before going there were about capacity (handling 3 toddlers and 2 infants) and about flexibility since we try to squeeze in as much extra time with our kids as possible. After returning to work and sending my 2 month old for her first full day, we were told that we were no longer a good fit for the daycare and that our contracts were being terminated, giving us 2 weeks notice. While she said that she had been thinking about it for some time, she never voiced any concerns until the day after my infants first full day of care.
I could understand that caring for two infants in addition to toddlers was too much, but the situation was handled very poorly and my family was treated with total disregard.
