I live next door to this daycare and it has been a 25 year struggle with noise. Children are allowed to play in the unfenced front yard. She screams at them and I worry they will be safe when I back my car out of the driveway. In my opinion, the screaming and crying sounds in the back yard and the dragging of plastic toy cars over a paved surface are well over the db levels for hearing safety. She also has allowed her grown son access to the children. This is the same son I have observed threatening her and left me wondering if I should call the police.
This daycare accepts children of varying ages. I have seen larger more active boys push toddlers who act afraid and cry. If I had a child, I would never subject him/her to risks this operation poses to children.
