1. The owner is rude, unprofessional and knows nothing about children.
2. Often my son came home with injuries no one could explain and/or they had no idea had even occurred. Flap of skin hanging from the back of my son's ear with dried blood...no one ever noticed. Large knot on forehead and bruise to temple, never documented, etc.
3. Often no one at desk when I arrived. No secure entry.
4. Son sent in underwear and plenty of clean extra pairs, but would return home in pullups and a bag of clean underwear. Complained I wasn't training at home.

Owner didn't like that I had concerns and that i told her she wasn't aware of what was happening with my child so she had her director call me to say the school wasn't a good fit for my son and I and he wasn't allowed back after that day. He had attended for a year without any documented behavioral issues. They refused to refund the days I had already paid for his attendance. A complaint is being filed with the state. No regard for my child and his best interests.

I am very upset with this daycare. My childs first day was not great. He had bruising all over his head, face, eye, and arms and legs. I talked to the director and was told they didn't notice anything. The second day my son wasn't fed. When I tried to contact the owner I was passed off to someone else. I have no idea what went on those two days with my son, but he won't sleep now and cries through the night. This is our first experience in a daycare and I was/am petrified. I witnessed two teachers yelling at a little girl as well.
