This daycare is unorganized and does not have policies for their employees. My daughter was in the daycare for about 3 months and one of the teachers aid put something in her hair to "fix" it and ripped some of her hair out . When I approached the situation the lady (ms. Claudia ) she denied it however it was ibvious something happened because my daughter was scared. They decided to "handle" the situation by suspending her for a week. I was going to take this further by alerting authorities and using legal action for compensation because instead of making me feel comforted they were so worried about their reputation instead of the problem at hand. It is a daily owned business and everyone in there knows each other l. So if you are not in their circle your child will be treated indifferent. They also had pictures of their daughters in the front like personal rides signal pictures which was very inappropriate for children. In their terms of slag this daycare is ratchet backed up by a church.
