I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Our experience with MSFM was superb until the new owner took over in April 2014. There is now an evident lack of structure, organization, and communication. We began to see our child regress parallel to the turnover happening in the classroom, other parents saw this in their children as well. Procedures and systems promised were never implemented. However, it is fair to mention the teachers are capable and compassionate, specifically those that have been at MSFM for many years and the new are trying. We really felt our child was loved by his teachers but in the end, felt best to move him to another school. The staff is not getting the support needed from the administration to make the inside of the classroom work efficiently and effectively.
