I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My kids have gone to kidz town Harrisville for 4 years. We love the director Echo, and the staff of teachers have always been great. I have 3 children that attend all different ages and have had an amazing experience:) highly recommend!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have witnessed Shelley verbally abuse & intimidate children on several occasions. I've even told her it was inappropriate & abuse & she just acts like it's no big deal.
I'm a trained professional and it is a big deal! It's absolutely wrong! She also vomits fraud and bills for kids when they are not there. State paid kids.
People watch out for these children!
There not in safe hands.
If the director sets precedence that it's ok to yell at children and get in there face and threaten them, what message is she given her workers? & how many of them will take it further?
Scary!!!
State stop her please!!@@.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teachers at kidz town are amazing. I trusted my kids with them to the fullest. But the owner, Susie and the director, Shelley are so rude and so unprofessional. My kids got kicked out because of Facebook post that I made asking for recommendations for a new daycare. In my post I said that the owner only cares about money and my children are just another number to her. I also said that she doesn’t care to work with anyone or even listen to people who can’t pay right on time every week. They ALWAYS got their money.
I would never recommend sending your children here because of the owner and the director. They are so rude and I don’t feel like they actually care about the children.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My two boy have been here for a while. I shall list my complaits; undocumented injuries, lack of cooperation with potty training, kids being bullied with out intentions of informing me, my 4 year old was put in a diaper with out my consent or knowledge, children's things missing and not being kept track of. I could continue but I think my point has been made.
