At Imagination Time, we are fully inclusive to all individuals with varying degrees of abilities. We believe that it is important for our staff to be knowledgeable about a variety of needs and abilities for children which we may have the opportunity to provide care for. We love to hire staff with different abilities as well. We believe that it is important for both providers and children to experience a daily environment with a variety of experiences. Diversity creates knowledge and empathy in the younger generations and we know that it will help mold each and every child in our program into caring and intelligent human beings.
