Coronado, Susan Family Child Care

Susan has been around it seems for years.  I had her watch my daughter back in 2002 - 2003.  When I used to pick up my daughter when her daycare was Hillside Terrace, my daughter would always be in the swing-set with a bottle prop'ed up in her mouth and my daughter had rashes on her butt, becuase she wasn't changed often.  Again, my daughter was only maybe 2 years old at the time.  I removed her from the daycare after about two months.  Susan was nice, but it just seemed like she was just going to do her things her way and didn't acknowledge my concerns at that time back in 2002 - 2003.  I ended up going with another lady who in Oceanside, who was the best and giving my daughter the best daycare experience and then after-school experience she could get.  She's still in business as I keep in touch here and there.  

She is always late picking up our son and the other kids that she picks up from his school. She doesn't want to cater to our schedule. She only wants us to cater to hers. After saying she could cater to our son's food allergy, she then came back demanding we send a snack for him because she couldn't. She even stole his lunch from his backpack a couple of times so he was starving all day at school. Just so she didn't have to feed him. All she does is lie and only wants to do stuff when it will benefit her. She also yelled at our son on multiple occasions. The other day she dropped him off early without even checking if we were home. My wife was walking up when Susan was pulling out of our complex. Our five year old son was basically abandoned by her. She is very unprofessional and I would never suggest sending your children there.
