Nugent CDC is an awesome childcare center! My 9 year old went there from a toddler until graduation. They thoroughly prepared her for kindergarten, and the excitement to learn and succeed that the teachers there instilled in her has continued on with her through these school years. My 5 month old now attends the center as well! I fully trust the staff, and would never think about putting my baby anywhere else! Brenda and Pam are super! Brenda runs a tight ship (which is great when it comes to the place that cares for your baby/child), and Pam is the sweetest. She always keeps you in the know, and even sends me pictures of my baby sometimes throughout the day. Pam follows the rules and facility policy, so you always know what to expect. Overall...5 stars for a great facility, awesome staff, and super administration! We love Nugent!
If no stars were an option that is what they are worth. Pam is the worst person in the office who will tell only what she thinks you want to here. We were told they would hold a spot for our newborn but now with it being 8 weeks away from him needing to be in there they need us to pay full price or we will lose his spot. They do not give any discount for any vacation it is full price even if they are closed.
