Description: Bel-Aire Elementary School serves between 700 and 750 students, kindergarten to sixth grade, with 43 certified teachers and 29 teacher assistants. It offers its students a state of the art learning environment with internet access in all classrooms so all students can become part of the global society. Most classrooms have four computers for students to use during the school day. Students have access to a fully automated library and media center as well. A Variety of educational programs such as after-school tutoring, enrichment courses, and online curricula provide students with a wealth of opportunity to excel and achieve. Each teacher can better meet student needs as well with data warehousing resources developed by district personnel. These resources allow teachers to profile the past performance of a student and better meet the specific needs of the individual student.

The one complaint I have with the summer camp is about one of the counselors who are over the youngest kids. She is always rude to these babies and I always see her yelling at them. I have came on several occasions to pick up my daughter, the older kids would be playing, as kids are supposed to have fun at summer camp, and she makes the younger kids sit down and be quiet. She is very intimidating, does not let these babies have fun. She should not be helping at this camp. She does not have a friendly personality or patients
