The owner Amy is absolutely amazing and the biggest sweetheart. She has treated my son like her own and is a complete joy to see every morning. My son isn't just a job to her and ive appreciated that so much. Her staff are just as amazing. My son absolutely loves his teacher Melissa. I couldn't pick a better place for my son to be. it's truly his home away from home. two thumbs up!!!!!!

The owner Amy is very stuck up and will kick your child out for almost anything. If you or your child have a problem with this daycare it won't do any good to talk to her about it she will just kick you out. The employees are constantly on their phones, the children watch movies all day long and there is always a child or two in time out. A couple of the employees were caught spanking the children as well. The food is not cooked well and does not meet all requirements by the state. I know all of this from being an employee here. They're is a huge turnover rate for staff at this daycare so it is not structured. I would consider looking at other facilities before taking your child here.

This facility is extremely unorganized and very cheap. I would not waste your money dropping your children off here. The owner Amy is horrible to kids and I am angry I wasted my money there. My child hated it, and cried and wined to me about it every day. I have since changed to a nice daycare in Spokane that my son loves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I just moved here in June and needed a good day care for my daughter. Child haven was the only one near by and I had heard bad things about it but let me tell you how wrong they are. This day care is absolutely AMAZING my daughter loves the staff especially the owner Amy. She constantly wants to go to "school" I've seen such a change in her since we started going here. she's only 2 1/2 and she learned how to count to 10 and her ABC'S. such a wonderful place I would recommend it 100 times again

Absolotely Horrible Place. The owner Amy is a complete joke and does not care about the children. She magically only shows up during the times when payment is due. Check their background and you wil lsee the number of negative reviews and performance reviews against the center. All she cares about is the money. Also does not care when children get hurt...
