Description: Cela’s Creative Learning Center believes that learning starts with families and communities, that every child and family has unique gifts and abilities. Children learn through relationships, play and active exploration, and learn best when they are healthy, safe, and free of hunger.
We support children’s learning by focusing on the Washington State Developmental guideline competency areas: About me and my family and my culture; Building relationships; Touching, seeing, hearing and moving around; Growing up healthy; Communicating; and Learning about my world. By incorporating these guidelines into our curriculum, we establish the foundation that prepares children for school and life.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

My son has been in care at Cela's for over 8 years. We have had great learning and bonding experiences with teachers and classmates. There are some staff that have been there the entire time my son has been in care. Overall, he has been loved and has gained great relationships.
My daughter loves it here! She smiles when her teacher greets her and calls her classmates her best friends
Management is terrible, lack of communication and organization. Employees are constantly getting switched from room to room not allowing the children to bond and get comfortable with their daycare teacher. Very low on staff, will expect staff to show up under any circumastances. Was recommended to come into work even when I had pink eye due to shortness of staff and that was not the first time. Employees are constantly coming and going. Overall, not a great daycare for children or a place you'd want to be employed.
