The Gingerbread House Child Care Center Inc

I am looking for a daycare for my three year old and found your facility online. I must say my first impression of your facility is not a good one. I have no name of the person who answered the phone because she did not give her name when answering the phone. There was no professionalism or politeness in her voice. She sounded like she could not be bothered. I was abruptly and rudely told, "We don't have any spots for three year olds right now". I honestly would not even consider bringing my child to this daycare even if there was a slot open. For future success of your business I suggest you hire people who are friendlier and more professional especially the person answering the phone representing your facility. First impressions are very important. I would not recommend your facility to anyone.
