I would not entrust my child in their care. Had a horrible experience. Seem constantly short staff and not well trained in age appropriate developmental levels. I was called one week with a request to pick up my son because they were short staffed after the main teacher left. The next week, they called and asked me to pick up my son again citing behavior issues. (never had this happen until the teacher left). I spoke with the owner who assured me the situation would be corrected and a new teacher was starting. I kept my son out for several days to await the start date of the new teacher (never did see her). The first day back, my son was injured there requiring emergency room treatment and no one even bothered to call and check to see how he was doing the next day. Very disorganized. My son was constantly sick and it took an act of Congress to get payments straightened out as they initially were overcharging. Complete Nightmare!
