River Side Rascals

My kids have been going to the Ark for 7+ years and the care they receive is phenomenal! The staff are amazing and take such good care of the kids. The ladies at the Ark treat all the kids like their own and my kids love going to daycare! The previous review is appalling to me. I have never witnessed any kind of neglect or anything close to what that review states. Maybe the children she sees running in the parking lot are in the care of their parents? or they don't even attend the daycare. All I know is that in the seven some years my children have attended this program I have never seen kids outside by themselves while in the care of the Ark gals nor have I ever seen any kids mistreated or neglected. Awesome establishment! Way to go Ark girls! keep up the good work!

Had an awful experience here. The first day I enrolled my son, I came during my lunch to check on him. He was screaming, unattended, lying on the floor which had trash and good wrappers on it. He had dried vomit covering half of his head. There was also another baby in the room in a swing with a propped bottle. I immediately withdrew him and contacted the manager. They sent us a bill for $25, would not waive the charge and have now tacked on a late fee of $15.
I have to drive by every day and I frequently see unattended children running around in the parking lot and even in the street outside their building. This place is absolutely awful.
