Let me start by saying that I like our child's friends and 1 teacher only. First, it is unprofessional because of a list of inappropriate practices that I've witnessed at the location off St. Charles Rd. Off the top of my head
The director Jordan is smug and rude, gets defensive and offended when you approach him regarding anything. The director parks where the customers should, causing paying customers to park far away from the entrance and have to walk further with their children, which is poor customer service. The front door doesn't have a window, this has resulted in young children being hit by the door because you can't see what's happening on the other side. The owners put political signs on their property for the candidates they support, also poor business behavior. Ive heard cursing from the cook when she was mad and yelling in the kitchen about something? The employees are always at the front desk hanging out talking or on the computer. They have guys on the property that don't have background checks that work on the owners many properties. Think of a daycare and right beside it is a maintenance shop, that's what this location has with workers that buzz through, driving the wrong direction in and out, they look trashy and unkept, not exactly what you want your child exposed too.
That's what instantly comes to mind, the owners are nothing more than greedy land and property owners that treat this like another business which is disgusting. It's a classic case of the rich acting superior and feeling untouchable. For $12,000-15,000 a year you should be greeted when entering, not have to walk because the director thinks he can do as he pleases, have to interact with maintenance workers, have your children get hit by doors with no windows because the owners are to cheap to put a window in, hear staff cussing and yelling, and walk through a group of staff hanging out in the front talking.
It's sad that the owners use words like family, love, caring, growing, when their actions say something completely different. I know there aren't many choices in town, but unless you just like the status symbol of saying your kids at the academy I'd pick another place all together. Where is the academy's online review or rating from google, it'd be great if one of those existed!

Very unprofessional !!!!!
They are all about how to suck money out of you and not about your child's well being
Director was very greedy, horrible!
Still in shock from this place, went to the one on Dorado dr, but I am pretty sure the other location is just different location people are still very much the same
People don't send your children there, find a different place who will care about your child and not your wallet.
It's so sad, they even continued to withdraw $ after our child have not been there for 3 weeks! How inappropriate ?
