I do not like how the teachers were handling my little cousin when I went to pick her up. It looked as if one of the teachers was holding her arm really tight! That is not acceptable!! I will NEVER take her back to first ward child development center and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

| A violation was found for which there is no item number. There are video recordings of insect traps that were placed under a sink. These traps had insects and mouse feces (droppings). This is a violation of all other rules must be followed even if there is not a specific violation number listed: Any rule from NC General Statues or Child Care Requirements or Sanitation.
