Ms Joy the head lady is aggressive and rude! She will flex her presumed authority in a way that is demeaning to the young parents. She has not an ounce of professionalism when handling parent affairs. Highly disorganized and filthy. Majority of the children contract viruses that have their noses constantly running. Toilets always filled with stool and urine.
Don't take your children here. The director is a huge bully. She is rude to everyone. And everyone there will gossip about the parents and children behind their backs. Not a good environment at all for children, workers, or parents.
