My Faye is awesome. My son had been at a different facility for 2 years and no change. I bring him to her and IMMEDIATELY she noticed he was tongue tied. He had been in therapy and all and she is the only one who noticed. Micah is excelling here. He is now 5 and he still goes. She is very patient with the children, she has it setup as a preschool setting so they will be prepared for school. Love her and couldn’t ask for a better provider.

I can understand the meaning behind both the negative and positive comments. Ms. Fay does love the kids, however can come across as harsh at times. I didn't like the fact that the kids nap from around 11-2 by themselves in the daycare downstairs while she takes a break almost the entire time upstairs. I enrolled my daughter for a short amount of time. If we would have needed a long term option, we would have looked into finding another option.

This is the finest in home daycare in Lexington. My niece and my daughter both attended and I have nothing negative to say about the quality of care and love that Ms. Fay shows the children. They learn while having fun and she is an inspiration to everyone she meets. She encourages family participation. We love you Ms. Fay

I do not understand the nonsense posted above. I have had three children go through her center. I have recommended several friends and everyone has been extremely happy with all of the loving care and education Ms. Fay provides. You could not be more wrong or judgmental.Her daycare is the top in Ky, and I would never trust my child to anyone but Ms. Fay. Sounds to me like you were having a bad day. The kids just love her and my children all excel in school due to the learning at Bright Beginnings.

I was looking for a daycare for my niece, 4, and called this facility to inquire what type of service they provide. I've never heard of Home Daycare, so I asked the lady who answered the phone what they do. She got rude with me as if it was a stupid question. "Excuse me?" she said. So I restated my question, "What kind of service do you provide there?" "Uh.. It's a Daycare." she said. So I told her I found this place online listed as Home daycare, and I've never heard of that. She then stated she ran the daycare out of her home, told me to hold on & reprimanded some children, also rudely. At that point I was so upset with how she'd presented herself & company over the phone I hung up. Long story short, I didn't even get quotes on prices because she was so unprofessional. In my opinion this says something about what kind of person she is. Not someone I want rubbing off on my nieces & nephews.
