I am hesitant to write a negative review when someone's livelihood could be affected but as a parent I feel obligated to share our experience to others who may be considering sending their kids here. Gina provided very little stimulation to our child, has an extremely abrasive attitude, shouts at the children and her own kids even in front of parents, and constantly seemed to be on her phone. Her turnover is high for a reason. There is a reason she often has coveted infant spots available and she is known to openly dislike caring for babies. It's obvious that most of her families are just buying time until they're called up on another provider's waitlist. Her business practices are unethical at best. Her "care" is even worse. Despite her having spots open and being affordable, I would look elsewhere. It's not worth it.
I really wished I saw the other reviews before sending my sweet baby here. If you are looking for a nice, nurturing environment, this is not it. I also heard her yelling at her own kids. Yelling at a child's grandfather at pickup. And experienced the high turn over rate. I have some other suspicions but I won't mention them because I can't prove it. I feel guilty that I didn't get my guy out of there sooner.
I wish I could also give this provider zero stars. This woman is absolute trash. She curses more than she uses normal words and treats her own children terribly. I would rather leave my child at Walmart than have them in the care of this woman. Warning: STAY AWAY.
I wish I could give this provider 0 stars. She was the worst provider I have ever dealt with. She has a high turnover rate. She yells at her own children in front of the daycare children. Sits on her phone instead of watching the children. My child came home with constant rashes from not being changed enough. My child came home in filthy clothes almost daily even though a change of clothes was always provided. I have even shown up during nap time and could tell when she answered the door that she was also taking a nap. Other providers in the area will warn you about her also.
She will not take a child under 1 year. Also she closes at 530, but if you leave your child until then she gets very upset. Many times we arrived and she was not open and ready at 7am. She went through 6 children in the 5 months mine attended. My child was sent home filthy constantly even though they had a change of clothes. Napping in food stained clothes, on their face and hands. Meals are processed crap. She didn't follow our dietary restrictions either causing my child issues. We finally has enough. I worry for the care of the current children.
She screams at and threatens children...and above ground pool and a pit bull. It is only matter of time until a tragedy happens.
