Grow and Learn at Sarita's Family Daycare is a new home daycare in Colorado Springs. Providing your child in a fun and safe environment where they'll learn and have fun all at once! She's been great. She's extremely reasonable in every situation I had encountered. If I was late she understood and would never charge me extra. The kids loved her. She's always remained to have a great attitude and tried to work with me. Only left due to moving. She always provided the kids with activities where I wouldn't need to pay extra as for my last day care would have me for field trips.
-Charged me 1$ per minute when I was 45 minutes late because I was stuck in traffic in a snow day.
-no schedule flexibility
-paid for a full day and would still charge fees if if my schedule changed during that same day or if I had to drop in early, even though the day care was open.
-bad attitude dealing with issues that came up.
- would add and remove clauses to the contract whenever she felt like it.
- part of why I hired this daycare is because the owner said she was going to be open on weekends and changed her mind after we had signed the contract. (I worked on weekends and still had to find someone else to take care of my child on weekends)
-Very good with kids tho. and awesome curriculum.
