New Salem Baptist Church

My son has been at New Salem WEE Care since they started the WEE Care program. 2 years now. We love the director and teachers. I couldn't ask for better responses and care for my little one. If i miss him, I can just text and I will usually get a picture shortly of him having a ball!

My experience with new salem daycare was very negative. Starting with their security or lack there of. the so called cameras don't work or are not in all the rooms and are needed. Due to my daughter attending this day care daily she came home with bites or an illness like hand foot mouth disease. Not to mention the lack of proper care given by the staff. Some of the workers are professional but others are not of the proper age requirements to be watching children in the room by theirselves. They never asked for my daughter's shot records. The so called director is never there when I pick my child up to bring up issues. When I came to the director with an issue concerning my daughter's care it was never addressed and it was overlooked. When my husband or I would come pick up my child the workers would always be on their phones so no wonder my child had bite marks and they didn't know why. Overall my experience with new salem baptist child care was terrible for us and our child I would never recommend them to anyone.
