I am writing in regards to "Salem", I am familiar with this family and I am adding additional information, I worked with that family for almost a year, This family was on Welfare and I received payments from the government they were NOT private pay, they took advantage of the welfare system and of me, They were always late picking their children up and on occasion they sent their "step Daughter who was a TEEN mom over to get their kids the teen mom was always overwhelmed and hated picking up the kids, I was never short with her or displayed annoyance, We parted ways with this family because we found out they were drug users and did not want to associate with that, I felt sorry for the children as they would show up to care disheveled and dirty, I am sorry they felt their children were not taken care of but they were, they are vindictive and I just wanted to rebuttal their post.

Our children have been with Heart & Hand licensed family child care for 2 years now, they provide a great preschool program as well as providing tons of fun activities, the kids love the summer time at Kathy's because they have theme days and lots of water activities! Highly satisfied!!!

I have had my kids with this provider for years! They are like family to us and our children adore both the provider and her family. They provide a loving, professional and educational program as well as serve nutritious meals and fun activities. I have never known these providers to be nothing but PROFESSIONAL and caring people! AWESOME DAYCARE!!!!

I am so shocked with this so-called "daycare" that I felt compelled to leave a review... First of all, I wouldn't take my own child to a daycare, but a friend of mine used to bring her kids to Kathy and some days I would pick them up, drop them off and sometimes they would get dropped off at my house. From these few encounters I quickly got a bad vibe from the place. First it seemed professional from the outside, clean and whatnot, but the adults were inpatient, disorganized and flat-out rude. I only stood outside the door and saw her yank other children by their arms, was snapping at my friend's boy and ended up sending him home with some other kid's coat! Like I said, these people have dropped the kids off at my place a few times but the last time they did, they were supposed to stay until after 5pm. Well, these "daycare providers" were so eager to get rid of the kids, they dropped them off at 4:15pm! They were given one job in the whole world and could barely even do it... I'm only 19, and I have my own kid to take care of. I don't drop mine off at some daycare so the last thing I need is some half-assed daycare dropping someone elses kids off on me an hour early. This is not my job, and I don't appreciate when a couple full grown adults can't even do the job they get paid to do.
