Adventure Child Care Center

The facility was always very understaffed. The stuff some of the staff themselves were unprofessional ill mannered and inappropriately dressed. And was very rare to find anybody ever upfront to take care of the front desk. The rooms were always extremely dirty and the children. After meals children are and were not properly cleaned up and the rooms were not properly cleaned up. They always lost water bottles and sippy cups and clothes that the children may have come in with. Several times I had been told by my child they had not had water the entire time they had been at the Daycare facility. Multiple times the staff didn’t even know what room my child was located in or whether they were inside or outside. On the last day they did not give us the clothes that they asked for in the beginning so they would have a change of clothes those had somehow disappeared as well as any leftover product that the parent had brought in for their child to be cared for it was nonexistent by the last day so they kept it would most definitely want to be reimbursed for that. One of the lead staff Margarita was one of the biggest bullies that worked there not just towards other staff but towards the parents and their children if she did not like you she was a manipulator and played victim to the owner if she didn’t like what a parent was saying. They came up with multiple false incident reports which parents were pretty much forced to sign. The owner Theo was and is unprofessional. He is the biggest bully out of all of the people that work there he knew all of the things that were wrong in the daycare and did not even try to correct it until after the fact that state came in and realized what he was doing he does not care about the parents or the children that he was supposed to be helping care for a while running this child care facility. They absolutely should not be reopened as a child care facility. And if they are they need to be monitored extremely closely.

I love this place! Both of my children love it as well. Very nice staff and a very fun environment for my kids to be in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff does not pay attention to the children, children are often playing on their own while teachers are in their own worlds.

The lack security here and the way my children as time went on the absolute fits about being here is why I have it the rating. Came early to pick up was able to walk past front desk as no one was there. Once getting to my child room I was able to walk up to get and gather her and her things before the "teacher" even noticed us as she was busy on her phone. The children are just warehouse here with minimum inaction and supervision.
