School For Amazing Kids, Pelham

We loved shepherds promise for the first four years our son was there. Now we have our infant there and there has been nothing but issues. High teacher turnover, poor care of the children, no teaching just movie watching which we could do at home, and to top it off when we contacted the owner he had his daughter in law call us back and tell us that we were no longer welcome there. How do you go from so good to just not caring? After all this time and money spent with them, ignoring the concerns of your a rents and just telling them to leave is a joke. Also, all the positive reviews you see are because you get a discount for posting positive reviews( after they proof them of course)

My child attended Shepherd's Promise when she was about 9 months old.  The facility was very nice and the teachers were very pleasant. The Director was the reason we left this daycare. She is not a people person and didn't handle a discrepancy that was of concern to me very well. When asked to speak to her business partner/co-owner, he simply emailed me saying the director handled everything and spoke on his behalf. So basically what she said goes and there was no one else to step in and help adrress the discrepancy.  When I turned in my notice to let them know we would no longer be attending, the director never inquired or asked me why we were leaving, never thanked us for our time there nor wished us well or anything to that effect. It's sad to say that even though this was a nice daycare, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.  Daycare should keep in mind that the care of the children is just as important as the happiness or concerns of the parents.

My almost 4 yr. old son has been at this center since he was 12 weeks old and now we have an 8 month old there as well.  We truly feel that we have the best daycare in town.  Every working parent's biggest worry is leaving their children in loving, capable hands.  We have the best group of caregiver's taking care of our kids each day.  I have plenty of friends with kids in childcare in the area and their kids are always sick.  SP takes so much time and puts in so much effort to make sure everything is so clean and sanitized.  I have so much respect for the staff at SP and I greatly appreciate them taking such good care of my children.

Shepherd's Promise is a wonderful child care facility. It is clean, the staff is friendly, attentive, caring and I know my child is receiving the best care. They always greet you with a smile on their face every morning and evening. The infant room is colorful and stimulating for babies. The teacher/child ratio is better than other centers. I feel safe leaving my child for the day. I would highly recommend SP!

My twins love Shepherd's Promise!  I would recommend parents of multiples to try them.  The staff is patient, professional, kind and most of all it shows that they love what they do.  Thank you for the last three years Shepherd's Promise!

My child has been going to Shepherds Promise for 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased.  She has learned so much from the instructors there.  She comes home and recites the alphabet, counting, singing etc.She enjoys going to school and the different activities they provide.  The professionalism of the staff at Shepherds Promise is beyond what you expect from a daycare. 

I couldn't be happier with this daycare! My son is almost two years old and has been attending Shepherd's Promise since he was an infant. The caring staff continues to impress me everyday! I drop my child off everyday knowing that I am leaving him in the hands of a capable staff who are highly trained to handle any situation that might arise. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nurturing, affordable daycare in the Pelham area.

We love Shepherd's Promise.  I have two children that have attended for almost two years now.  They both love coming to daycare everyday.  The teachers are wonderful and pay close attention to each childs need.  The cirriculum they have in place I know will prepare my kids for school.  I have the comfort of knowing they are being well taken care of while I am work.  The center also offers lots of extra's for the children, like field day, fire truck coming, free parents night out (which is my favorite!) and tons of other activities.  I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a great place!

I have two children who attend Shepherd's Promise.  I can not express how much I LOVE this child care facility.  My oldest child stayed at a home day care, than another local day care, before we were lucky enough to enroll them here.  It is amazing how much my children have learned in the year and 1/2 that they have been attending.  The teachers and directors are GREAT.  Besides the normal day to day nurturing my children receive they also have a fall festival, parent's night out once a month, mother/son father/daughter Valentine's Day Dance, etc.  This care care facility is the whole package.  

Many parents know what they want from a daycare facility; loving teachers, a great curriculum, a nurturing environment, and many more traits.  Many parents find that the daycare they originally selected is not what was presented to them upon interviewing the director and touring the facility.  Many parents are nervous about moving their children to another facility for fear of *more of the same*.  If you find yourself in this predicament, worry no more.  Shepherd’s Promise is more than you could want for your child(ren).  The teachers are well versed in their profession and it shows each day when I take my children to the Center.  They are excited to come to school; excited for what their teacher has planned for them to learn and experience that day.  We’ve seen the “other” daycare facilities and we’ve seen Shepherd’s Promise.  And we are looking no further.

I am confident when I leave my child every morning that I am leaving him in a safe, loving, nurturing environment in which he will be encouraged to learn and grow through play. My son is only 9 months old. However, the teachers are extremely creative in providing opportunities for even the little ones to have new experiences.

Our child has been at Shepherd's Promise since she was eight weeks old. We searched long and hard for the perfect place for our bundle of joy. We were 100% happy with our choice and have never regretted it one bit. She is in great hands. They have wonderful caring teachers. Plus she and I have both made friends we will have for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this school if you are looking for a place for your child.

We love SP! My daughter gets excited everyday we drop her off. She loves her teachers and friends. The staff is phenomenal and cares about our family. This is definitely a daycare I would highly recommend to anyone!
