Stepping Stones Playschool

Do not,I repeat,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO STEPPING STONES PLAYSCHOOL in Pelham!!!!!!!! I have not been happen with this school since she’s arrived. I can name countless things that has happened! I was lied to by the OWNER about what happened to my child. Her teacher told me that she didn’t know what she hit her on. I was not called. She tried to downplay what happened as if this was just a minor knee scratch. She emailed me. I do not check my email everyday,all day. They’ve called me before for minor things. I should’ve been called about her hitting her eye. My child could barely open her eye the next morning. Every concern that I’ve had has been pushed under the rug as if it’s not important. This school is very unprofessional and very unorganized.

I have just recently come to this daycare and I absolutely love it. The staff is all so nice and welcoming. I feel at home when I walk in the door. I love my child's teachers Ms. Ashley and Ms. Shelia. They are always energetic and I love that. Ms. Ashley does great crafts with the class that I can actually have as keepsakes. She gives me feedback every single day and tells me everything I need to know about how my child was during the day and what they learned. Ms. Anne and Ms. Jenna are wonderful!! Very professional in my opinion. All of the other teachers are great too. Even though my child is not in there class, if I were to ever have a question they still help me with whatever I may need. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone I knew with children! If you are looking for a great caring daycare that treats your child like they were your own, this is the one for you!

This Is The Best Daycare! So Loving And Kind And They Treat Every Child Like One Of There Own! Every Child Is Made To Feel Special And So Loved.. There Is No Other Place I Would Have Chosen To Have My Child In. She Started School In August 2016 And Because Of Our School District She Was Unable To Attend After School Care There And I Hate It! If I Could Leave Her With Them All Day Every Day I Would Without Second Guessing It! If You Are Looking For A Great Loving Caring Daycare This Is It!!
