I am not the type to write reviews, but I wish I had seen them prior to sending my child here. We really like the teachers and aides. They seem to really connect with our child. However, the director has been terrible to work with for me and several of our friends (who also pulled their kids from this daycare). He will tell you one thing, then totally change it if he wants to. We were told they could work around our schedules and they have not once done that. In fact, they even call us to pick our child up even though we agreed on different schedule. You cannot count on them for anything in our opinion. We would NEVER send our child here again because they are impossible and have no clue how to run this business, which is a shame since the teachers are so great. I can't tell you how many times we have picked up our child and there is another set of angry parents talking about issues. They seem like the type to go in and delete bad reviews, so who knows how long this will stay up. Find something better for your child.. someone you can actually count on and trust.
Foresight learning center is the best preschool and Kindergarten learning center in Central Oregon. Ran by a highly qualified and certified staff of teachers and teachers aids. They treat everyone like family and the kids cry to stay there, they never want to leave. Quality programs are taught there such as 'Whole Brain Learning'

About the Provider
We believe that children should be allowed to grow at their own pace, and to learn in ways that help them become confident in themselves as learners. Our goal is to provide all of the children with a clean, safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Respect toward self, others and the environment will be emphasized. We believe in the value of both structured and non-structured activities. Structured activities will include the use of a preschool curriculum, regular reading times, circle times, arts and crafts, and musical activities. Outdoor play and center times are some of the more flexible activities we have. It is our goal to create an environment and program where the child’s natural desire to learn is stimulated through meaningful, appropriate, and playful learning experiences, one that meets the needs of each child as an individual.
Another overlooked, yet crucial part of the learning process is the atmosphere of the educational facility. Children are VERY sensitive to the textures and sounds of their surroundings. We strive to showcase our students work and creations, and have lots of educational materials for them to gaze at. Many factors contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, such as:
Lighting- Our facility has a well balanced mix of natural and artificial light. Shades are left open during the day so that the children don’t feel like they are trapped in a dark room all day.
Music- Background music makes all the difference in the world! At Foresight Kids music is a crucial fiber of our day. Sounds stimulate children in many different ways. We like to play lots of educational songs so that they are learning while they are singing.
Textures- Surrounding our facility we have pillows and blankets for the children to use at any time they would like. Children are especially sensitive to textures and we aim to make them as comfortable as possible!
Happy Staff- Making sure our staff is happy will result in happy kids and the eagerness to learn, develop, and grow.
