We removed our child after taking him to a well check visit and our pediatrician questioning the care that was being given. We had many concerns but that day was too much.
1. Often understaffed or overworked staff. Once I walked in to one employee asleep watching over 20 kids.
2. Some staff are inappropriate and should not be allowed around children.
3. They do not follow DCF guidelines with infants formula and often missed feeding and diaper changes.The infants attending always seemed to have diaper rash problems.
Once we left our child was much happier, had no more diaper rash issues and was feed on a regular basis.
This facility may be better for older children but if they do not take care of infants well and sleep on the job I would seriously reconsider sending your children here.
