During the tour and at the beginning everything was fine, after a while it seemed she just didn’t want to watch kids in general anymore. I would pick my kids up from her and they would be soaked through their clothes, I realized it was her daughter that did most if not all of the work. It’s times she would try to make you feel bad for dropping off your kids to her, but yet she still made sure to put down they came in so she could still receive money for it. She started to make me feel uncomfortable and she would wake up some mornings and spontaneously send out a “I’m closed today” text, literally as I was getting my kids dressed. She would talk about other parents children there, express how it’s some children she doesn’t like, or degrade some parents. I knew it was time to pull my kids out
