I was very disappointed with this facility after having my toddler enrolled here for a year and a half. Certain staff members would consistently lie to me. There were some wonderful people here but overall it was a bad experience. There was an outbreak of a contagious illness and not every parent was notified. I found out from another parent about the outbreak instead of finding out from the staff or management. Also, I was told repeatedly that diaper rash cream was applied, then asked the person directly caring for my baby to find out she claims to never put it. My baby had severe diaper rashes where she came home raw from the day care. A male non-employee was hanging around the day care for several weeks around the children to find out it’s an employee’s husband. I don’t think this is appropriate and does not put me at ease that they would allow this. The final straw was when my toddler was hysterical the last day she was there. She clenched onto me, cried uncontrollably for 30-45 minutes and seemed terrified. She had never displayed this kind of behavior before. There was also a consistent roach problem that I reported for several months and was told it was taken care of but continued to see giant roaches walking across the floor in the newborn and toddler rooms.
