I cannot say enough good things about this childcare center or about the women who work here. It is clear that they genuinely love and care about the children and their well-being.
I was so worried at first, bringing my two precious babies to a daycare center, and after the first day I was so relieved at how loving and welcoming the teachers were. I can honestly say that my child would not know half of the things he has learned had he not went to this center. These women are rockstar's and excellent at what they do. I am so thankful I found this center when I did.

My son has been going to this daycare for 3 years. I have been happy with the teachers and their care since day one. My son started this daycare when he was 4 years old. So I cannot speak on the infant care. I have been happy with the day-to-day communication as well. I am always made aware when there is something going on. I'm not sure what time these other parents are picking up/dropping off, but there is ALWAYS someone at the front desk when I pick up my son. They also always say hello and have a good night. My son has made so many friends here that he wouldn't have normally made just at school. The staff will also call to confirm with you if your school aged child didn't come off the bus (if you forget to tell them you are picking them up at school-as I have done before.) My son has been in a couple of different daycares before, and this is by far my favorite that we've been in. I'm honestly shocked that they are getting poor reviews.

I agree .the desk is often unattended and even worse the door is not locked therefor allowing any person uncontrolled access to their so called daycare center. I once had three children there. If I could do it over I would have looked I to the state records to see any prior violations. The staff has zero communication . One example is a child under their so called care being put on a bus and sent home . Just knowing that I would never want a child any where near that place. When looking them up please be certain to look up their previous name. I think it has changed due to violations.
In closing I agree ,I wish zero stars were an option

My child loves her teachers. When ever I walk in the staff greets me warmly and usually uses my name. My child is learning so much! At age 2 my child can identify most of the letters in the alphabet and can count to 5! Also, and my favorite, my child has learned to share, take turns, and how to interact properly with the other children.

There was never anyone at the desk greeting us when we came or left. If anyone was there, they most often didn't look up from their computer to say hi. I dropped my kids off early and nobody would answer the phone before 8am. My child came home with many bites and scratches. WHen I picked up my child, the room he was in would be absolutely crazy. Children were tackling each other, pulling each other's hair, and other things. NOT a good experience here.

If it was an option , I would choose ZERO!!!!
