ABC owned by SEQUOIA ARBORETUM 7 LLC

My Grandkids went here. It was good until the new owners took over. My grand daughter has had 17 incident reports in the last nine months. This is unacceptable, in my opinion 1 report is too many. the kids are constantly bitten, and we're always coming home with bad bleeding diaper rash, this place needs to be shut down.

My daughter started daycare here at ABC childcare when she was six weeks old, she's now three and I've added my youngest son as well who is 2 now. We didn't have any problems until the owners changed to Clint and Angela. Angela is never present at drop off or pick up times, she only works for 2-3 hours per day. She leaves the daycare to be run by Symone, who is unable to care for children properly, I watched the cameras as my three year old sat in "time out" in her tiny office for over an hour before I couldn't handle it anymore and had to call and report what I had seen. I talked to Jenny and told her my daughter isn't to sit in time out for an hour for any reason. That is child abuse and I will not tolerate my children being mistreated. I told her I wanted to speak with Symone, and was told she will have to call me back. Symone never called back and I went to get the kids after work, saw Symone and asked why I wasn't called back, Symone has no grasp on parenting or taking care of children, she said my daughter wasn't in Time out but I watched her sit on her knees in the office for an hour while the other kids were all in the classroom. This daycare is pitiful and should be shut down or under new management. They are always over ratio, even when I picked my kids up today they had one teacher and 20 kids. The care they give is horrendous and my children no longer attend as of today. Symone and Angela are sad excuses of people let alone being in charge of a daycare. My daughter had a rock shoved in her ear on two different occasions, unexplained bite marks on my son, rude management, and very unsympathetic. All the kids are to them is money, they have no regard for their daycare kids.

This place is a complete joke! The way they treat the kids is absolutely horrendous. When a child gets hurt...the parent should be notified immediately and you shouldn't have to ask the parent if you should fill out a incident report...is that a joke? Yes of course you need to fill one out...especially if a child is bit...who knows what kind of germs could've been spread from that...and then you come up with some lame excuse like her friend was rough housing with her? Why would you let another child rough house with a 7 month old? On top of all that nonsense then you feed the child spoiled food? I do not recommend this place! These people should not be allowed to watch children!!!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I live behind this daycare and all I ever hear is the staff yelling and cursing at the kids. I feel horrible for these kids and have made complaints with the director who obviously doesn't care. Poor poor care. I wouldn't take my dog to this daycare!!!
