I was given Michelle's name for daycare. Everyone talked about how great she was and how they loved having their kids with her. I tried a few times over a month to get a hold of her. She NEVER returned my calls. The person who referred me even called and told her I would be calling. That didn't help. It's hard to imagine she is high in the daycare program and she doesn't return calls.
