Description:
Our center is NAEYC Accredited. There are only 3 centers in Schenectady County with this accomplishment and two of the centers are the YW's. The center serves children 6 weeks to 5 years of age year round in a convenient, secure location. There are First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration certified teachers with experience and education in the Early Childhood field. Creative curriculum is utilized to bring a developmentally appropriate approach to learning for each child. The center offers nutritionally healthy meals in a pork, nut and peanut free environment. Universal Pre-Kindergarten is also available free of charge from 9-11:30 to anyone residing in the City of Schenectady.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
