Today a snake was observed under a lid on the playground used by the toddlers. Staff on the playground used by the preschool/school aged children reported that multiple snakes have been observed the last few weeks. Multiple pieces of trash were observed on all playgrounds today. Also, the vegetation around the playgrounds is over grown creating habitats for unwanted vermin.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. In space 2, aerosol sunscreen was in an unlocked cabinet. In space 9, an aerosol air freshener was in an unlocked cabinet. In space 10, a container of disinfecting wipes was observed on the table and accessible to children.
