A child was handled in a rough way, including shaking, pushing, shoving, pinching, slapping, biting, kicking, or spanking. On an unknown date, a staff member popped their own child, who is also enrolled at the center, on the hand. On August 6, 2025, a staff member caused bruising to the upper arm of a three-year-old child. The staff member stated she grabbed the child’s arm to prevent the child from falling into a wall.
