At Young Learner’s World, we are dedicated to providing educational childcare through programs based upon developmentally appropriate practices. Our curriculum is designed to foster the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children.

Daily schedules include enrichment areas to stimulate the creative arts, music, language arts, science, math, social skills, gross and fine motor sensory. This program is provided in a carting, supportive and safe environment where each child is recognized as an individual. Every child’s family, both here and at home, is essential to the child’s total development. Parental participation is always encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Childcare is extremely important to you and your child. Most parents with young children need childcare so they can work. You must decide which type of childcare best meets your family’s needs. We encourage you to visit several childcare settings and meet with your child’s provider before you decide.

Young Learner’s World is more than custodial care that meets minimum requirements. Our center provides opportunities for your child to play explore and grow in a creative, happy and healthful way. Your child’s program is structured to help them feel good about their self, teach them about the world around them and help them to see their self as part of that world. Our philosophy at Young Learner’s World, Inc. is dedicated to providing educational childcare through a program based upon developmentally appropriate practices as prescribed by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Our curriculum is prepared by educational professionals and designed to foster the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of young children. This program is provided in a caring, supportive and safe environment where each child is recognized as an individual.

Our method of teaching is very informal, but is conducted in as near of an education setting as possible. The concept emphasized that the child’s family, both here and at home, is essential to the child’s total development. Our home is yours and our doors are always open to you. The objectives of the program offered by Young Learner’s World, Inc. are to provide activities, which foster and encourage:

-independence, self-confidence and positive self concept
-language, communication and social skills
-problem solving and appropriate decision making
-gross and fine motor development
-creativity and the expression of ideas and feelings
-discovery and exploration of the world around us
