A violation was found for which there is no item number.According to 15A NCAC 18A .2826 LIGHTING AND THERMAL ENVIRONMENT (b) All rooms used by children shall be heated, cooled, and ventilated to maintain a temperature between 65 and 85 degrees. While in room #3 , I observed the temperature on the thermostat read 64 degrees and the heat was not working. A staff member familiar with the HVAC system was able to get the heating system on and the room temperature rose to 70 degrees during the visit. | |||
